Shipping countries
We currently ship within the EU. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us by email at hallo@alizita.de.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and depend on the destination country and the size of your order.

Germany: €5.90 (free shipping for orders over €100)

EU countries: €14.90 (free shipping for orders over €150)

International shipments: Costs vary depending on the destination country.
Local pickup
In addition to shipping, we also offer free local pickup at:

Delivery time
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days after payment is received. For international shipments, delivery can take up to 10–15 business days.
Please note: We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. If there are any delays, we will inform you immediately.
Shipping providers
Shipping is usually handled by DHL or Hermes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.
Customs & taxes for international orders
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and should be checked with your local customs office.
