Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email to hallo@alizita.de.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We kindly ask you to pack the item carefully and use a trackable shipping service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have is the fastest way to receive the one you want. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
