Shipment
We currently ship within the EU.
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days .
Shipping costs:
- Germany: 5.90€ (free shipping for orders over 100€)
- EU countries: 14.90€ (free shipping for orders over 150€)
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
In addition to shipping, we also offer free personal pickup at our ALIZITA HQ near Berlin (Seestr. 51, 15713 Königs Wusterhausen).

Return
We sincerely hope that you and your little one love your ALIZITA piece. However, if something doesn't quite fit, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition .
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
